The goal of this study is to survey the relation between quality of life,
with the Job performance of FAJR petrochemical employees. The research type was a correlational research. The sample includes 300 of employees who selected by stratified random sampling. The research tools consisted of " Paterson's job performance" scale, "WHO's Quality of life". For the analyzing were used Descriptive Statistical and Analysis Statistical of the causal relationship regression analysis. Result showed there was significant relationship between Quality of life and Job performance. In other words, according to the average, employees with postgraduate education than employees with diploma and degree level or high school diploma, higher quality of life. In other words, according to the average, employees with undergraduate education level of the staff's level diploma or high school diploma, higher quality of life.
